Waite Commercial Services has done an outstanding cleaning job at our Windsor
facility. Their cleaning team has the responsibility of maintaining the offices,
cafeteria and locker rooms at this plant.
Our facility is a heavy fabrication shop that generates a tremendous amount of
dirt and grit that is carried throughout this facility. Waite has done a great
job of cleaning up and leaving a fresh facility ready for use the next working
day.
Waite's cleaning crew has always been very professional and courteous with our
employees and has helped us prepare for customer visits and other special
events. They have done this work at a very affordable level for us.

Finally, a cleaning contractor who provides excellent service, is reliable and
meets my expectations on cleaning. This is what you can expect from Waite
Commercial Services. Lance Waite, the co-owner, is great to work with and
just a super person in general. He is more than willing to address our building
cleaning needs, and the job they do in cleaning speaks for itself.
I first contacted Lance in
April 2005. At the time, I had a smaller property in which we leased for a
community support program in which we contracted cleaning services. I was using
some of the cleaning contractors that were often used by the former Facilities
Manager of our organization. After several complaints, and terminating two
different cleaning companies, I decided to try someone different. I contacted
Waite Commercial Services and spoke with Lance. I recall at the time that I was
looking to get someone in quickly, due to ongoing problems. The bid that Lance
submitted to me was more than reasonable for the services we were requesting. In
addition to this, he said that they could start right away.
Waite will make sure that the
customer is completely satisfied with the services they provide. They also offer
additional services outside original contract agreement.
Since the first day we signed an agreement with Waite Commercial Services, we
have been very pleased with the service they provide. I signed another cleaning
contract for another leased property shortly after the original agreement.
The one thing I noticed within the first year of contracting with Waite, was I
did not receive the constant e-mail and voice message complaints of things that
were not done. I think I had four or five complaints a day from different staff.
I had not had that many in several years with Waite.
Anyone who is looking for a reputable cleaning contractor- your search is over
if you contact Waite Commercial. I strongly recommend them for your office
cleaning.
