We add work orders to the database on our secure website:
The customer receives a confirmation via email:
The Work Order is held on our system as "Open" until it is completed:
Once the job is complete we close the Work Order and submit it to Billing. Our
website automatically generates an email for the customer alerting them that the
work is complete.
