Inspections are critical to maintain the highest level of service.
A field inspection is entered into our database:
The small size of the entry screen enables us to enter data via our smartphones.
If all areas are acceptable then the inspection is filed in the database as
completed.
If there are areas that need to be reviewed with the team assigned to that
facility then a meeting with the Operations Manager is arranged and held at the
facility in question.
The inspection is flagged as "Needing Review" and held open. A message on the
secured web site home page displays that action is required.
Once the issues are addressed and corrective actions have been developed another
inspection is scheduled and completed. If the areas requiring attention have
been satisfactorily corrected and maintained the inspection is closed.
