Potential customer requests a free estimate via our website:
Their information is inserted automatically into our database of customers. A
text message and an email containing their information are simultaneously sent
to the Operations Manager.
The information is also copied into the Estimates database for tracking:
The Operations Manager phones the potential customer to arrange a time and day
to meet with them.
Usually the call is made within minutes of the
customer submitting the form!
After the meeting a proposal is drawn up and our bid is submitted.
If awarded
their facility is assigned to a team and scheduled.
Equipment is then allocated to the site and the team is trained by the
Operations Manager as to the site-specific tasks and information. Cleaning
routines are established to incorporate all of the task list items.
Once everything is in place the site inspections are scheduled.
